A process for carrying out analytical determinations by means of chemiluminescence and measuring the emission of light, characterized in that fluoresceinisothiocyanate (FITC) is employed as a labelling agent and the chemilumiscence reaction is triggered by adding an aqueous solution of sodium hypochlorite.
