The operation system is cooled by the endothermic heat during the operation, the evolved hydrogen is sent through the hydrogen pipe 8 to the tank 7, for storing hydrogen, and hydrogen is occluded in the alloy B for occluding hydrogen. While, when a heating medium in the heating medium pipe L is in a heat demanding state, hydrogen occluded in the alloy B for occluding hydrogen is released, transferred through the hydrogen pipe 8 to the regenerative tank 6, and hydrogen is occluded in the alloy A for occluding hydrogen in the regenerative tank 6. The heating medium in the pipe L is heated by the heat generated during this operation.
