Procedure for obtaining furanic Derivatives of formula (i), which is nitroalqueno; and R, R and R is alkyl; pharmacological compounds that have applications in the treatment of Peptic Ulcer and antihistamines.Involves the reaction of N - (2 - furanmetancloruro mercaptoetil) - N - methyl - 2 - nitro - 1.1 - etenodiamina, in the presence of metallic Sodium in absolute alcohol, the temperature of reflux; followed by the reaction of the resulting product with formaldehyde and dimethylamine hydrochloride.
