ABSTRACTProcess and device for the combined waste utilization andclarification of waste water, whereby the waste water ismixed with at least a part of the shredded waste, a separationinto organic and inorganic components takes place , the wastewater flow with the dissolved or suspended components of thewaste in it is led through the two-stage filter consisting ofnon-activated and activated coal, the majority of the filtercoal saturated with sludge is thermally treated for regenerationin the first reactor of a multireactor pile whereby thesludge which is deposited on the coal filter is thermallydecomposed, producing coal and combustible gas, in at leasta second reactor solid waste or a part of the filter coalsaturated reactor solid waste or a part of the filter coalbustible gas, or is partly incinerated, and the regeneratedfilter coal of the first reactor is introduced again into thewaste water filter zone, thereby characterized in that thewaste water laden with the waste is led through a multi-stagefilter system in motion, in which the roughing filtration iseffected at least partly by loose fillings of coal, which areproduced from the organic components of the waste and areoptionally pretreated for increasing the adsorption and adhesionof the coal, and the fillings which are laden with organiccontaminants are led back into the multireactor pile forcarbonization.
