摘要

A binder includes a cutter device mounted on a sled and a driving system with one wheel(6). The sled has a pair of sliding boards(10, 11) positioned in front of the driving system. The driving wheel is positioned at the central rearward to the two sliding boards. The center of gravity of the binder is pref. 0.05l - 0.1l rearward of the brim of the sliding boards, where l is a distance between the center of the driving wheel and the brim of the sliding boards.
