The manufacturing method of the laminated steel (積 層 鋼材)

An accumulated steel pipe contains a carbon steel on the outer layer and a stainless steel on the inner layer. A metallic foil(5) is inserted between the carbon steel(1) and the stainless steel(2). An intermediate material is obtained by a cold drawing. A hot working makes a product by heating the intermediate material to an appointed temperature. The circumferential plane of the inner layer(2) is attached spirally by a metallic foil(5). Grinding, shot blasting or an acid wash treatment is used as a preparation treatment for the circumferential plane of the tube(2) or the rod(12) and the inner plane of the outer tube(1).
