BURNER FOR CERAMIC ART KILN USING TOWN GAS

PURPOSE:To stabilize a flame without being affected by the quantity of air supplied by setting up a pipe body, both ends thereof are opened, around a gas supply pipe. CONSTITUTION:The burner is provided with a pot type apparatus body 4 joining air fed by a blower 3 and a town gas, and the supply pipe 5 for the town gas is penetrated into the apparatus body 4. The pipe body 7 surrounding one part 6a of a section 6 penetrated into the apparatus body 4 of the supply pipe 5 at an interval is fitted. Both ends 7a, 7b of the pipe body 7 are opened, and the opening 8 of the pipe body 5 is positioned on its midway of both ends 7a, 7b of the pipe body 7. The supply of oxygen is not insufficient in the section 16 because both ends 7a, 7b of the pipe body 7 are opened, and the flame 15 is stabilized extremely because an air current crossing the position of the opening 8 of the supply pipe 5 for the gas is not generated.
