BUILDING UP OF SYNTHETIC MARINE CONSTRUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To readily built up a construction by casting concrete on the bottom of a dock after steel frames are set up on the dock with bottom spaces for casting concrete into it, and joining the steel frames with a side wall concrete block precasted in another site. CONSTITUTION:A grid frame 8 consisting of steel frames 8a, 8b is set up on a dock with bottom spaces into which concrete is to be casted. Applying the site casting method, concrete is casted on the bottom spaces of the grid frame 8 to form a bottom wall. On the other hand, is manufactured a precasted side member 11 of which each block is for building up a side wall. A steel frame member 12 and an upper deck fixing part 2a are joined with the precasted side member 11. Each of the precasted side members 11 is connected with a bottom board member 5 and at last, the steel-made upper deck is joined with the member 5.
