The handle-bar/steering wheel flash-panel assembly for a small three wheel vehicle has the handlebar (8) formed of a tube bent in a 'U' shape with hand grips (6) at each end. The base of the 'U' is linked to the steering column (9). The arms of the 'U' joined to a tubular section steering wheel (7) which has the dash board (8) fixed to it. The electrical controls, instruments, and accessories for the vehicle are mounted on the dashboard, and a truncated conic section (11) is fitted under the steering wheel to enclose the electrical controls and their connecting cables, with the cone extending down to the bottom of the 'U' in the handlebars. A hole at the base of the cone allows passage of the electric cables.
