STORAGE AND SHIPMENT DEVICE FOR LPG BY MEANS OF CAVE INSIDE ROCK BED

PURPOSE:To secure a storage and shipment device inside a rock bed for low cost liquefied petroleum gas, by leading the LPG into a cave inside the rock bed with a booster pump, while shipping it in use of a heater. CONSTITUTION:An acceptance pipe line 4 is connected to a cave 1 inside a rock bed, while a booster pump 5 capable of pressure-feeding LPG against gas pressure inside the cave 1 in the rock bed is installed in a ground part of the acceptance pipe line 4. In addition, one end is situated in a liquid phase 6 inside the cave 1 in the rock bed, and in the other end, there is provided with a shipping pipe line 8 connected to a shipping terminal 7 outside the rock bed cave 1, while a shipping pump 9 is connected to one end of the shipping pipe line 8, and heater 10 is installed at the more upstream side than the shipping terminal 7. With this constitution, a vapor gas reliqufier for keeping a low temperature is no longer required and, what is more, a large-sized heater is in no case necessary so that cost is well reducible.
