METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATIC FLAT SCREEN OMBRE DYEING AND OMBRE-DYED PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To obtain an ombr e-dyed product in which hue is mixed in sequence by a method in which plural colors of dyeing pastes arranged in series are applied by being stirred in their axial directions in such a way as to mix the boundaries of the dyeing pastes. CONSTITUTION:Plural colors of dyeing pastes from respective dyeing paste traps 6, 8 are pumped up and supplied to shower pipes 4a 4c arranged in series, from which the dyeing pastes are concurrently showered and supplied to a dyeing paste receiver 5 while overlapping them at their end portions. Then, they are stirred circumferentially by a stirring cylinder 9 provided to the dyeing paste receiver 5, and the dyeing paste receiver 5 is inversed to drop the dyeing pastes into between two squeegees 11a and 11b provided beneath the dyeing paste receiver 5. Afterwards, while stirring them in the running direction of the squeegees 11a and 11b by a rotary bar 12 provided between the squeegees 11a and 11b, dyeing is made.
