PURPOSE:To attain to enhance working efficiency and to prevent from making a mistake in analytical operation while enabling separative quantitative analysis with high accuracy, by performing simultaneous measurement of a large number of wavelengths by using a multi-element detector to perform the detection treatment of three-dimensional information. CONSTITUTION:Beam from a beam source 11 is split into double beams by a beam splitter 12 while split beams pass a reference cell 13 and a specimen cell 14 and mixed in a beam mixer 17 through a chopper 15 and a diffraction grating 16 to be detected by a multi-element detector 18. The wavelength region simultaneously observed by the detector 18 is split ino 32 and the output of each wavelength is read by a control part A through an analogue switch 23, an amplifier 24 and an AD converter 25 and transmitted to an external computer part B through an interface 28. The three-dimensional information thereof is stored by a floppy 32 and a data station 31 performs operation processing from these informations and the reference spectrum information stored by the floppy 32 to perform wavelength separation and a waveform is displayed by a plotter 34 to perform high accuracy separative quantitative analysis.
