The elements can be screws or rivets and their crossing is achieved by the pivoting of the first lock part on the second lock part. A ball handle is screwed to one end of a rod threaded at both ends, the other end of the rod is connected to a multi tapped piece, and another piece is inserted in the multi-tapped piece opposite the rod. - The lock is achieved by screwing or unscrewing the piece opposite the rod which is blocked by the ball handle and the two elements that cross need not be identical.
