WATER LEVEL CONTROL DEVICE OF INTAKE POND FOR HYDRO-ELECTRIC POWER PLANT

PURPOSE:To maintain the standard water level by letting a flow run into a watermill after setting the flow to attain said standard level through operation based upon comparing a water level of an intake pond, determined by a flow of water allowed to run from said pond into the watermill and a flow of water running into the intake pond, with the predetermined standard water level. CONSTITUTION:The captioned device is provided with an inflow quantity opera tion instrument 11 which performs operation of a flow quantity Qi, allowed to run into a watermill, from both detection water level L detected by a water level detector 8 provided in an intake pond 2 and a flow quantity Qo, detected by a flow quantity detector 4 provided in a water duct 3, of water running into the watermill. The captioned device is further provided with a flow quantity setting operation instrument 12 which sets a flow quantity Qos of the water, allowed to run into the watermill, through operation based upon comparing the detected water level L with the standard water level Ls. Thus, the water level of the intake pond can be maintained at the standard level.
