PURPOSE:To bring down the naturally circulating weak heat to a lower position by filling liquid which is susceptible to thermal volatilization and is noncombustible as much as possible in a heat collecting tube, and by utilizing its thermal vaporization. CONSTITUTION:In a heat collecting metal plate main body 2 which is closely attached to a heat collecting metal plate 1 that is subjected to the solar heat rays 19, a volatile, noncombustible liquid is filled, which produces a vaporization pressure 4 by being heated and is fed by the vapor pressure from a heat insulated conduit pipe 5 into a natural heat water vapor cooling and heat releasing tank 6 which is located at a place lower than the upper part of the pipe. On the outer circumference 7 of the cooling and heat releasing tank 6, a cooling tank 9 filled with antifreezing fluid, etc. is installed, and its surrounding is covered with a heat insulating cover 11. The antifreezing fluid, etc. in the cooling water tank 9 becomes warm by the heat from the natural heat water vapor cooling and heat releasing tank 6, and brings down the naturally circulating weak heat to a lower position. The bottom 14 of the cooling and heat releasing tank 6 is connected to the bottom 12 of the heat collecting metal tube main body 2 by an oblique joint pipe 13.
