The process consists of making a conc. main soln. by mixing water, mitric acid and an equiv. amount of K2SO4 with agitation in a tank; making a conc. secondary soln. by mixing phosphoric acid, MnSO4 and ZnSO4 in a second tank; and supplying the main soln. to the common piping system while the secondary soln. is decanting, and vice versa.
