A method for an entrusion forming of a thermoplastic resin bar comprises (a) passing an extruded material melt-mixed by the screw in the extrusive cylinder through a small extruding passage to maintain a reasonable resin pressure, and 9b) extruding the extruded material by the extrusive forming die. The diameter of the passage is determined according to the inside diameter of the extrusive cylinder. The diameter of the die is smaller than the inside diameter of the xtrusive cylinder.
