Process with 15 steps for the ramming or slinging of a steel casting ladle wall behind heat-resistant steel templates provided with degassing holes, heating of the templates before the ramming/slinging with additionally applied horizontal shakers, heating of the preheated mass even on the transport, heating of the rammed/slung wall to 500 DEG C while applying loads to the templates in the ladles, etc. Use in the said process of a basic ramming/slinging mass of dolomite or magnesite, to which burnt lime and/or wood, pulp or paper chips are also added. Use of basic dolomite or magnesite bricks for floor and upper sealing ring, to which burnt lime is also added. Use of templates which consist of heat-resistant steel and have many degassing holes. By means of the invention, there are provided a sufficient compression, a sufficient heat treatment, and a sufficient possibility of thermal expansion, even in rammed or slung steel casting ladles or the like.
