The invention relates to the mounting of metal panel structures, in particular panels which constitute the collector electrodes for dust removers in thermal power stations, it being possible to carry out the mounting without taking the weather conditions into consideration. According to the invention, the process consists in that, in the first phase, there are set up on the highest level of the structure (1) a mounting feeder (4), with operating platforms (5), and the grids (6) for the constituent parts (8), delivered in assemblies from the zero point (7), where they are sorted and thereafter placed on tables (9) and support frames (10) for a mechanical pretreatment which consists in placing connecting clamps (11) on the edges thereof. The process also consists in that, in the second stage after prior preparation of the feeder (4), said constituent parts (8) are fitted together by means of the connecting clamps (11) and are connected to the beams (14) and the guide (16) by means of connectors (17). After the feeder (4) has been turned, the panel (18) prepared in this way is then moved through 45 DEG , out of the horizontal position, to the installation level (20) by using the crossmember (12) and a lifting mechanism (19).
