The device is intended to produce a sealed fastening of a member comprising a footing 2 equipped with a stem 3 suitable for passing through a hole 7 provided in a wall, fastening means F intended to interact with the stem 3 being placed on the side of the wall 1 opposite the footing 2. A perforated flexible sealing gasket J is provided between the wall 1 and the footing 2. This gasket J has a continuous outline 26 inside which there is provided at least one opening w1..., w4 whereas the footing 2 comprises bearing means A suitable for projecting, in the direction of the wall 1, into the said opening of the gasket for a distance h less than the thickness d of the gasket at rest.
