PRODUCTION OF FIG TEA USING NEW SHOOT AND LEAF OF FIG

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain fig tea other than drug useful for preventing cancers, by cutting new shoots and leaves of fig into small pieces and subjecting them to ordinary tea manufacturing. CONSTITUTION:New shoots and leaves of fig cultivated without agricultural chemicals are picked, washed with water, cut into small pieces and subjected to ordinary tea manufacturing, to give the aimed fig tea.
