The invention relates to a multi-channel measuring head for a radiation pyrometer for contactless temperature measurement in at least two spectral regions of the measurement-object radiation absorbed. For each spectral region to be evaluated, a radiation receiver is arranged in the multi-channel measuring head. The splitting up according to the invention of the measurement-object radiation into a number of spectral regions takes place by exclusive use of short or long passes which lie opposite one another in such a manner that the portion reflected in each case of the measurement-object radiation falls onto the next short or long pass situated in the beam path and thus a band pass action is achieved. In this connection, the edge wavelengths of the long passes are staggered in the sequence of longest to shortest wavelength and the edge wavelengths of the short passes are staggered in the sequence of shortest to longest wavelength.
