This method amounts to the direct use on site of factory-built trusses called load-bearing tie-beam trusses, which are especially designed for a particular building site and whose strength capabilities have been defined as a function of the wind zone, snow load, height, weight of the roofing etc... and which are delivered in separate parts to be assembled on site, according to the chronology of the following operations : supply of the load-bearing tie-beams after raising blocks have been installed on the load-bearing walls, supply of the rafters and connection on site, supply of the props and connection of the dragon beam.
