ANTI-HUMAN FERRITIN H-TYPE SUBUNIT MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY, HYBRIDOMA PRODUCTION THE SAME AND DETERMINATION OF HUMAN FERRITIN H-TYPE SUBUNIT USING SAID ANTIBODY

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a monoclonal antibody specific to ferritin H-type subunit, by preparing a hybridoma by cell fusion technique using a highly refined ferritin rich in H-type subunit as an antigen. CONSTITUTION:An animal is immunized with a highly refined ferritin rich in H-type subunit. An antibody-producing cell of the immunized animal is fused with a myeloma cell to obtain a hybridoma capable of producing a monoclonal antibody against human ferritin H subunit and the hybridoma is monoclonized. A specimen is added with a monoclonal antibody against human ferritin H-type subunit or its digested fragment and the amount of produced human ferritin H-type subunit-antibody complex is determined to determine the amount of human ferritin H-type subunit.
