PURPOSE:To prolong the life and provide longevity, by transplanting young juvenile internal organs.viscera.tissues, etc., of a youth into the body of an aged man. CONSTITUTION:Young internal organs.viscera.tissues, etc., of a youth, e.g. a man of zero-30 years old or fetus, are transplanted into the body of an aged man. In the process, the blood type and histocompatibility of both are carefully preexamined and only compatible or internal organs, etc., are transplanted to prevent rejection in any case. An immunosuppressive agent, if necessary, is used. Considerations are given as follows. The immunosuppressive agent is prevented from extending to the whole body and limited action is exerted only on transplanted parts and peripheries thereof. Secretion is carried out in a very small amount by the required minimum amount for a long period. Furthermore, if monogenetic cells of the aged man are cultivated and whole cultivation is carried out for a long period after development and differentiation of the respective organs, internal organs, etc., are separated and cultivated to transplant grown cells of sufficient size, there is no fear of rejection. The above-mentioned transplanting is performed to prolong the life and provide longevity.
