PURPOSE:To easily insert the tip of a fine apparatus into a cell or easily pull out it from the cell by automatically moving the fine apparatus between two positions previously set by manual operation on the basis of the contents of a storing means at a prescribed high speed. CONSTITUTION:The driving mechanism is constituted so that the fine apparatus is automatically moved between two positions previously set by the manual operation based on the contents of the storing means (e) at the prescribed high speed. In case of inserting the fine apparatus M into a cell or the like, an operation signal to be supplied to a control circuit means (b) is switched to a manual operation signal by an operation signal switching means (f), the start and end points of the fine apparatus M are set up and the information is stored in a storing means (e). Then, the automatic operation signal is supplied to the control circuit means (b) by driving the switching means (f) and the fine apparatus M is automatically moved between the start and end points at the prescribed speed on the basis of the storing means (e).
