PURPOSE:To reduce the cost when a large-sized moving bed type gas-solid contact device is constructed, by providing an intermediate throttle to the inner surface of the above-mentioned device and using the space formed under the throttle part as the passage of gas and/or solid. CONSTITUTION:In the moving bed type gas-solid contact device 1 using gravity provided with a solid introducing part 6 to the upper part of the device and a discharge gadget 2 to the lower part, a throttle part or plural throttle parts 10 are provided to the inner surface between the upper and the lower parts of said device, and the space 11 formed under the throttle part 10 is used as the passage of gas and/or solid. As a result, when a large-sized moving bed type gas-solid contact device is constructed, the cost is reduced, and a sufficient reaction rate is obtained when used as a reactor.
