PURPOSE:To weigh a transported object with simple switch operation and transport it by furnishing a tank having an exhaust port and a return port for transported objects, and equipping the tank with necessary valve devices. CONSTITUTION:By a blower 4 a transported object W in a tank 1 is sent out of the exhaust port 16 of the tank 1 into a weighing vessel 23 of a weighing device 2, passing through a communication pipe 35, No.1 communication hole 26 of No.1 valve device 3, No.2 communication hole 27, communication pipe 36, and outlet/inlet 22 of said weighing vessel 23. Air which has served transport of the object W goes to an air hole 21 through a netting 24, and comes into the abovementioned tank 1, passing through a communication pipe 46, No.1 communication port 40, No.2 communication port 41, communication pipes 47, 39, suction port 37 of said blower 4, discharge hole 38, communication pipe 52, No.1 port 48 of selector valve 6, No.2 port 49, communication pipe 53, and return port 17, in commission to make smooth the transport of objects together with agitating blades 5 rotating in a small chamber 10b.
