PARTIAL WRITING METHOD FOR PROGRAM STEP OF PROGRAMABLE OSCILLOSCOPE

PURPOSE:To alter optional set data in a program step easily, by storing only the set data introduced into a memory device in the memory device by outputting the data of other parts to an output port. CONSTITUTION:The content of an address 3a of a memory device 3 is outputted through a port 2a by applying the first shift pulse to a shift register. Next, set data read from an address 3b of the device 3 is set by the set data given to a port 1b by a set part of an oscilloscope main body corresponding to a port 2b by applying the second shift pulse. Then, the content of an address 3c of the device 3 is outputted through a port 2c by applying the third shift pulse and the set of the set part corresponding to the oscilloscope is not altered. In this manner, the optional set data in a program step is altered easily.
