PURPOSE:To prevent an accident and an injury of secret articles from occurring, by a method wherein a control circuit is so constituted that a keeping box is taken out from a housing shelf by instructions of transfer of the keeping box, transferred to a working area, forgetfulness in pulling a key out is checked by carrying in instructions and the keeping box is carried in the original housing shelf only when there is a disorder. CONSTITUTION:When the ID card of a keeping box 14 to be taken out is inserted in a booth operating desk 160, the predetermined keeping box 14 is taken out from a bin 8 of a shelf through a main computor by a booth control board 150 according to a predetermined program, mounted on a truck 18 and transferred to a working table 29. Hereupon, the keeping box 14 is unlocked and operation is carried out. When the operation is completed, the keeping box is locked and return button on the booth operating desk 160 is pushed, a driving system of an operating stand is operated, forgetfulness in pulling a key out and the other disorder are checked according to a disorder detecting program, through which display of a disorder is done. After elimination of the disorder, the keeping box 14 is returned to the predetermined bin 8. With this constitution, the foregetfulness in pulling the key out and closing a lid is prevented and an accident and injury of the keeping box can be prevented.
