摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a superfine sintered hard alloy without internal faults by mixing and kneading superfine material powders with a water-soluble binder, thereafter molding the powders, executing to calcine and grind to the same, subjecting secondary powders to grain adjustment to the desired shape of final products, then removing the binder and consolidating said powders by sintering. CONSTITUTION:The material powders having =1.0mu average diameter are mixed and kneaded with a water soln., and after that, they are applied to press molding, applied to calcining at about 900-1,200 deg.C and ground. The average grain size of the secondary grains after grinding is regulated to =1,0mu, and said material powders are formed into the desired final products by injection molding to remove the binder by thermal decomposition. In this way, the breathing to be generated inside the molded body is drastically improved, by which the superfine sintered hard alloy having no generation of internal faults can be obtd.
