摘要

PURPOSE:To improve water resistance and prevent change of shape, by binding inorganic fiber cluster with a silane coupling agent together with a polymer based binder. CONSTITUTION:Water soluble phenol resin, gamma-ureidopropyltriethoxysilane and polyoxyethylene nonylphenyl ether are each used as high polymer based binder, silane coupling agent, and hydrophilic properties-providing agent and these mixed liquid are sprayed to a rockwool and the mixture is cured by heating to provide the substrate.
