PURPOSE:To ease the adaption of a control parameter in fuzzy control and to improve generality by providing a function operator and a multiplier, etc., to execute the adaption of a membership function with using the identified value of a process parameter. CONSTITUTION:The process function of a plant 1 is sent to a fuzzy arithmetic unit 2 and an identification arithmetic unit 6. In the unit 6, the identifying operation of a plant parameter is executed and the arithmetic result is sent to a function computing element 9 and a multiplier 7. In the computing element 9, the adaption of the membership function in a storage 3 is executed with using the identified value of a given process parameter tau/(L+T). In the unit 2, the value of the fuzzy function of an input process variable, which corresponds to deviation and the change quantity of the deviation to a setting value read from a setting value storing circuit 4, is calculated at the set operation is executed. Then, change quantity DELTAu(i) is sent to the multiplier 7 and the adaption is executed with using the identified result of the process parameter. Then, the change quantity of the control output after the adaption is sent through an adder 8 to an operating part 5 and the plant 1 can be controlled.
