PURPOSE:To expand the range of the viscosity of usable paste, by inputting the paste into a tightly closed constant temperature tank, applying pressure on the paste, keeping the viscosity of the paste constant, and making it possible to apply the paste. CONSTITUTION:Material paste 1 is inputted into a tightly closed constant temperature tank. The paste is discharged through the nozzle at the tip of the tank with a constant pressure, and a pattern is drawn. When, e.g., a CdS (cadmium sulfate) film, which is an optoelectronic transducer, is formed, CdCl2 (cadmium chloride) is added into CdS powder as a fusing agent. Propylene glycol is added into the paste 1 as a caking agent. Pressure is applied on the paste by using a drawing and printing device. The paste is applied on a ceramic board or a glass board. Thus a drawn and printed film comprising CdS is formed. Thereafter, the printed film is dried. The board is inputted into a ceramic container having a cap. Baking is performed in a belt type baking furnace. Thus, the viscosity range of the usable paste 1 becomes wider than that in a screen printing method. The viscosity is not changed. The material can be changed merely by replacing the tank and the nozzle.
