BLENDED WEAVING METHOD OF LONG RASH AND MEDIUM OR SHORT RASH IN FIGURED MAT

PURPOSE: To perform a cost down of a product without damaging beautifulness of the surface by weaving a figured mat by mixedly using middle or short rushes in a specific part instead of plural long rushes fed from a rush divider at each reed beating. CONSTITUTION: In weaving a figured mat, among each right and left 4 pieces of long rushes fed from rush dividers on both sides of loom at each reed beating, middle or short rushes are fed instead of long rushes at a position having a smaller surface passing through the surface about warp and a double weaving is performed. Otherwise, in each reed beating, two pieces of long rushes are alternately fed and at its each equal interval time, every two long rushes or either one of every two is mixedly used in changing to middle or short rush. Thus, middle or short rush is mixedly woven instead of long rushes to enable a cost of a product to be down without damaging beautifulness of the surface of the figured mat.
