This method is noteworthy in that it consists: - in the first place, in carrying out a sectorisation into n divisions and in assigning the said sectors n distinctive identification signs, - and, secondly, in transferring to each of the highways of the said network, at least one of the n distinctive sectorial signs as a function of the sector or sectors towards which the axis and/or the direction of the said highway tends preferentially to point. The invention also relates to a town plan implemented according to the planning method above and comprising a network of highways including the colour or colours of the sector or sectors delimited around the network and towards which each of the said highways preferentially points.
