The subject of the invention is a sluice with double sealing. The front seal 7 is protected in a seal support section 2 whose bearing surface is inclined upstream so as to interact with a bearing surface which is inclined at the front beam 9 of the chassis and this being to prevent any needless friction at the beginning of opening the sliding panel 1 and at the end of closure, and to create an artificial plenum and pressure-balancing chamber 26, the said seal support section 2 also creates an upstream leak and a downstream leak by means of two nozzles 23, 24 which increase the head losses giving rise to a loss of energy of the jet.
