CONNECTION OF HALF-PRECAST CONCRETE SMALL BEAM WITH HALF-PRECAST CONCRETE LARGE BEAM

PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of construction work by a method in which lower bars are set from the groove of a header of a half-PC small beam to the intermediate groove of a half-PC large beam, and slab concrete is placed to integrally connect both the small and large beams. CONSTITUTION:The header of a half-PC small beam 7 is combined with the joint opening 1b of a half-PC large beam 1 of a trench-shaped cross section. Lower bars 16 are set from the groove 7a of the small beam 7 to the intermediate groove 1a of the beam 1, and the upper bars 17 of small beam are set, the upper U-shaped bars 9a of the stirrup 9 of small beam are put in the groove 7a, and the aperture between the opening 1b and the header of the beam 7 is closed with a formwork 12. A slab concrete 10 is placed to bury the upper parts and upper bars 2 of the stirrup 4 of the large beam 1 and the upper part and upper bars 17 of the small beam 7 by directing concrete 10 to the grooves 7a and 1a.
