PURPOSE: To solve the influence of delay skew among the variation of pulse width and output data and a reference clock by comparing shifted input data with a synchronization clock and generating a data standardization clock to an error correcting circuit. CONSTITUTION: Servo pulses and input data pulses are selectively inputted into AND gates 10, 16 and an OR gate 11, servo data pulses SRD are inputted into a delay block 17, and data normal pulses DN are inputted into a PLL9 and the delay block 18. Reference signals C synchronizing to DN are outputted with signals DN inputted into the PLL9. On the other hand, delay pulses DL from the delay block 18 are inputted into an OR circuit 25, delayed and shifted data are inputted into the circuit 25 via an AND circuit 30, and pulses SFD are outputted with data promoting pulses DE. DSTC signals for transmitting to the error correcting circuit are generated with a data standardization logic block (DSTC) 28, receiving pulses SFD and C.
