SHAPING FILM AND TRANSFER FOIL USING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To provide a precise fine emboss pattern by constituting a shaping layer of a resin having specific crystallinity and specific heat deformation temp. CONSTITUTION:A shaping film 2 has a shaping layer 2 having parallel linear fine embosses wherein a depth is 0.1 - 15mum and a pitch is 0.1 - 50mum, and the shaping layer 2 is constituted of a resin having crystallinity of 30% or more and heat deformation temp. of 30 - 100 deg.C. As the resin constituting the shaping layer 2, polyamide, polypropylene, an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, polyethylene, an ionomer, PVDF and trimethylpentene are designated. By this method, a shaping film capable of imparting a fine emboss pattern to a transfer foil or imparting an emboss pattern to a decorative board and excellent in the holdability of the formed emboss pattern can be obtained.
