PURPOSE: To quickly perform coordinate transformation by executing conversion from an input vector to an output vector as a function of the geometrical pattern of an adjacent layer by mutual coupling between supporting substrates. CONSTITUTION: A coordinate transformation processing device 10 has, for example, 10 layers, and each layer has a signal transmission patch according with a prescribed geometrical pattern. An initial input indicating a point (a, b) of a first coordinate system is supplied to an interface circuit 32 in the coordinate transformation processing device by a host processor. Information (a,b) is supplied to an X-Y driving sensor device or an R- driving sensor device by a control circuit 34. When (a,b) trace is excited by the X-Y driving sensor device 28, the R- driving sensor device 30 scans and sensor an (r,) intersection having a maximum response. The coordinate transformation processing device 10 is produced by using the printed circuit board technique and quickly executes coordinate transformation.
