PURPOSE:To enhance sanitary effect by removing the contaminant in a fine pipe or the contaminant of a grip part mechanism, by engaging one end of a pipe-shaped cap to the leading end of the fine pipe and allowing a washing fluid to forcibly flow through the fine pipe by the suction or pressure feed instrument connected to the other end of said cap. CONSTITUTION:One end of a pipe-shaped cap 4 is engaged with the leading end of a fine pipe 2 so as to surround the grasping part 3 provided to the leading end of a forceps 1. For example, said cap 4 is formed into a simple cylindrical shape from rubber and closely engaged with the leading end of the fine pipe 2. Subsequently, the leading end of a syringe (pressure feed or suction instrument) 5 is engaged with the other end of the pipe-shaped cap 4. When the syringe 5 is operated to feed a washing liquid under pressure or suck said liquid to allow said washing liquid to forcibly flow through the pipe-shaped cap 4 and the fine pipe 2, the contaminant in the fine pipe 2 or the contaminant of the grasping part 3 is cleanly removed.
