PURPOSE:To provide the titled detergent liquid capable of imparting excellent antistatic property to all kinds of X-ray films and keeping the property for a long period, by using a specific surface active agent, another specific surface active agent, and a fluorinated hydrocarbon surface active agent at specific ratios and specific concentrations. CONSTITUTION:The objective detergent liquid contains (A) a surface active agent of formula I (a, b and c are integer; a+c is 4-160; b is 4-50) and (B) a surface active agent of formula II (R and R1 are 1-22C aliphatic hydrocarbon group; A is 2-8C aliphatic hydrocarbon group; M is H, metallic atom or quaternary ammonium; m is 1-3) and/or a fluorinated hydrocarbon surface agent [preferably the compound of formula III (Rf is partially fluorinated hydrocarbon group containing three F atoms, etc.; A is aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon group; X is hydrophilic betaine group, etc.)]. The weight ratio of the component (A) to the component (B) is 5/95-50/50, and the concentration of the component (A) and (B) in the detergent liquid is 0.5-5.0wt%.
