PURPOSE:To make an accurate orientation attainable, by measuring an electric current of a coaxial cable and a voltage between both inner and outer conductors at the power source side, while metering the current of a connecting line between each rail at both ends of the cable and the cable outer conductor and thereby orienting a fault point.
