PURPOSE: To provide a compsn. obtained by compounding a specific multistage graft polymer modifier with a polycarbonate resin or the like, and high in impact strength, weld line strength and flame resistance and not generating spotted surface patterns and ply separation. ;CONSTITUTION: A mixture of a polycarbonate resin and a polyester resin or a mixture of those resins and a polyphenylene ether resin (A) and a multistage graft polymer compsn. (B) based on polyorganosiloxane/polyvinyl composed of a (meth)acrylate polymer or a vinyl aromatic/vinyl cyanide/(meth)acrylate terpolymer obtained by graft polymerization in the presence of a co/ homopolymer base material obtained by polymerizing an organosiloxane polymer and a vinyl base polymer are compounded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO
