PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus for putting a definite number of full bobbins dividedly into each of plural bobbin boxes, by detecting the passage of the last full bobbin to be transferred, and actuating the device to exchange the full box with an empty one according to the signal from the detector. CONSTITUTION:When the passage of the last full bobbin is detected by the detector 16, the exchange chute 7 furnished with a change-over lever and fixed at the top of the frame 6 of the auxiliary conveyor 3 is energized. The chute 7 is furnished with the bottom plate 8 to slide and guide the full bobbins 1 delievered one by one, the change-over lever to switch the path of the full bobbin sliding on the bottom plate, and a pair of laterally arranged chutes 10, 11 to guide the full bobbin 1 switched by the change-over lever 9 to the bobbin box 4.
