PURPOSE:To positively deal with a weak ground by connecting up and down plates of a foundation of a construction to form a double foundation with high rigidity, forming a space in the double foundation and using the space for filling ballast. CONSTITUTION:In a construction 1, a thick base plate 6 is formed near to the ground surface of the ground (G), a column 2 is erected, and a double slab 7 is constructed at the distance of an underground beam 4 to form a double foundation. After that, an outside wall 8 is constructed upward of the underground beam 4 of the peripheral section, and a beam 3 is erected to the column 2 to form the low-rise construction 1 of two - three story height. In the part of the double foundation of the construction 1, a large number of inside walls 9 are provided between the base plate 6 and the double slab 7, and they are connected vertically to form a great number of cells 10. Liquid to be obtained easily like water as ballast is filled into the cells 10 to control load of the construction partially.
