PURPOSE:To easily produce the titled readily sintering fine powder having prescribed composition, by precipitating 3-kinds of elements (Pr, Zr and Ti) in =2 steps from aqueous solutions containing each element under radiation of ultrasonic wave. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution containing compounds of one or more elements selected from Pb, Zr and Ti [e.g. ZrO(NO3)2 and TiCl4] is dripped into excess precipitation liquid (e.g. ammonia water) in an ultrasonic bath under stirring to form a precipitate [e.g. hydroxides of Zr and Ti] containing the above 1-2 kinds of elements. An aqueous solution containing compounds of remaining 2-1 kinds of elements of the above 3-kinds of elements (e.g. lead nitrate) is dripped into the liquid containing the precipitation liquid containing the (co)precipitate in dispersed state in the ultrasonic bath. If necessary, the precipitation operation is repeated several times until the 3-kinds of elements are completely precipitated. The precipitate containing the 3-kinds of elements is calcined at 550-750 deg.C to obtain the titled fine powder having a composition of formula I (0.9=x=1.2; 0.1=A=0.98).
