PURPOSE:To enable to uniformly expansion-mold a skin resin having complicated form by a method wherein a hot-air lead-in port and a hot-air discharge port, which is located at the portion opposite to the lead-in port, are provided at some portions of an enclosed space part made by a slush mold and a heat insulated cover. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a solid polyvinyl chloride layer formed by slush molding and a slush skin 12 consisting of an unexpanded polyvinyl chloride layer containing expanding agent are pasted to each other. Secondly, a heat insulated cover 5 is set above the skin 12 so as to heat the unexpanded polyvinyl chloride layer side by hot air. The hot air is blown from a hot air generator 8 through a hose 9 and a hot-air lead-in port 10 in a space 6 so as to uniformly heat the resin adhered to a mold face and, after that, discharged through a discharge port 11. Accordingly, by blowing hot air in the space between the cover and the mold in the state that the predetermined amount of plastisol is deposited on the mold by feeding the plastisol in the preheated mold and then the heat insulated cover is set to the mold, the gelation of the solid polyvinyl chloride layer and the expansion of the unexpanded polyvinyl chloride layer are effected and the uniform foam is obtained.
