LUBRICATING AND SEALING OIL SYSTEM FOR HIGH-DUTY SETS ESPECIALLY TURBO-COMPRESSORS

In a circuit of the turbo-compressor (1), at least one main high-pressure oil pump (14) and at least one ancillary high-pressure oil pump (5) are connected to an inlet (8) of a low-pressure oil pump, driven by electric motors (6,7). The main electric motor (7) of the main high-pressure oil pump (14) has a rotating frequency of a value of between 40 and 60 % of the ancillary electric motor's (6) rotating frequency of the ancillary high-pressure oil pump (5). The main high pressure oil pump (14) and ancillary high-pressure oil pump (5) are interconnected by the inlet pipe (10) of a lubricating and sealing oil with the bottom area of an oil accumulator (2). The oil accumulator (2) is installed above the turbo-compressor (1) and its upper area is connected by an interconnecting gas pipe (13) with the upper area of the float chamber (4) installed underneath the knot (3) level of the turbo-compressor (1) bearing and sealing. The bottom area of the oil accumulator (2) is equipped with a high-pressure inlet pipe (11) and lubricating oil into the knot (3) of the bearing and sealing. Also a discharge pipe (12) of the oil from the area behind the sealing is led into the float chamber (4), while in the bottom area of the float chamber (4) there is an oil discharge (9) from the float chamber (4).IMAGE
